HOW CAN I MANAGE MY RESERVATION?

We have a NO TRANSFERRIBLE ticket policy, you can only make corrections if any names or data are incorrect.

How much will it cost me to carry extra luggage?

Every passenger has the right to carry 35 pounds of registered luggage on international flights, while it's allowed to carry 20 pounds on national flights. The additional or extra luggage has a cost of $3.00 USD per extra pound. This is subjected to flight availability. For more info you can click here.

If we can´t send your extra luggage on the same flight, it can be send out to you in the next flight available.

 

How do I make my check in before the flight?

You will have to present yourself 2 hours before the flight, in our airline counter. There you will have to make your check in process.

 

Can I carry a pet on board?

Unfortunately we DO NOT allow any pets or animals in our flights. Keep that in mind when making your reservation.

Can I make an early purchase for extra luggage?

Any extra luggage you need can only be purchased on our counter at the airport before your flight. This is subjected to flight availability.

 

If you can´t send your extra luggage on the same flight, it can be send out to you in the next flight available.

 

The airline also has the right to decide NOT TO SEND IT, if a luggage is considered as something of danger for other passengers.

 

If I am traveling in a group can I make changes to only one of the tickets?

What official documents do I need to have for my trip?

Our International passengers can travel with a passport.

 

Our Guatemalan passengers or international passengers with Guatemalan citizenship, can travel either with their personal Identification document (DPI) or passport.

 

If you are traveling to Belize, you will only be allowed to register with a Passport.
