All tickets are nonrefundable. Promotions by Specialties / tours / discounted fares are non-refundable or transferable.
The passenger seat (s) will be retained until the credit card is processed, if the credit card is invalid, insufficient and / or the contact information is incorrect, the reservation will not be processed and the reservation will be canceled.
TAG Airlines notify the passenger of cancellation if the contact information is incorrect.
If the passenger is not traveling with the card or if it is not your credit card, you are asked to contact our customer service center before your flight for signing and stamping the corresponding vouchers.
IF A PERSON DOES NOT SHOW A FLIGHT FOR ANY REASON YOUR FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO TICKET.
