PERSONAL ELECTRONIC DEVICES

Several personal electronic devices are allowed during a flight.

Please follow the instructions of our staff, they will announce the moments during the flight when devices ARE NOT allowed.

CELLPHONES

Cellphones are allowed during this moments ONLY:

• When passengers are boarding or debarking a flight.
• On board previous to the closing of the gates.
• When the plane has landed and is doing the taxing process before the opening of the gates.

Cellphones ARE NOT ALLOWED after the last airplane gate has been closed, and during the duration of the flight.

Active Cellphones ARE NOT ALLOWED after the last airplane gate has been closed, and during the duration of the flight.

AIRPLANE MODE

The use of cellphones during a flight is allowed ONLY when the devise is in Airplane mode.

This deactivates the transmission of data, you WILL NOT be able to navigate on internet, send e-mails or messages in digital platforms or use any social media pages/APPs.
