If you bought your ticket on our website or through one of our sales consultants, you can do your check online 24 hours before your flight (only on direct flights, offline).
After having made your online check, it is necessary that you be two hours before to register your luggage and / or receive your boarding pass at our counters.

If you bought your ticket at any of these:

- Flight search engines (eg Kayak, Skyscanner, expedia)
- Tour Operators
You can NOT carry out your online check, you must arrive two hours before to do your check in our counters.
